Visually Impaired Preschool Services (VIPS) provides regular and ongoing early intervention services to children, birth to 5, who are blind or visually impaired. This critical, life-changing intervention is available at no cost to families, due to the generosity of individual donors, grants from foundations, and proceeds from special events.
