Elsa Heisel Sule Foundation Awards $5,000 Grant to VIPS

The Elsa Heisel Sule Foundation awarded VIPS $5,000 for the Early Childhood Intervention Program in Boone, Campbell, and Kenton counties, Kentucky.

The Elsa Heisel Sule Foundation is a Charitable Trust established in 2004 by Elsa Heisel Sule, a native of Northern Kentucky. Elsa Sule’s philanthropic aspirations were to provide opportunities in education, the community, and the arts. To honor Elsa’s aspirations, the Trustee and Board of Advisors focus on distributions with a focus on children, adults, and animals.
