Milestone Monday — Penelope
Penelope is doing amazing things since starting with VIPS! This little lady has a coloboma and amblyopia. She is finally tolerating her patch and starting to really use her weaker eye. She is starting to coordinate use of her eyes with her extremities and to look above her head! She is usually very hesitant with new objects and especially new textures, but today she works on orienting a cap correctly, exploring the textures and visual properties of slime, and putting it into the container (visual motor and depth perception!). Great job, Penelope!
