VIPS Rolls Out New CCM
2025 was a big year for VIPS. With feedback from our teachers and providers, Christina and Emily have been building and designing a new Child Case Management (CCM) system, and we recently started training and migrating clients to the new system. It has been a heavy lift, but the rewards will be worth it.
The CCM helps our teachers and providers stay organized and up to date, giving them more time to focus on what matters most — helping children learn and thrive. It also ensures every child’s record is accurate and current, supporting consistent, high-quality care for every family.
With this new system, our team spends more time with families and less time on paperwork, creating a more complete picture of each child’s progress and growth.
This investment is about more than technology—it’s about enhancing the way we serve families every day.
